Whilst often used within the Special Educational needs context, it has been proven to be a robust, flexible and comprehensive solution for all student groups and abilities. When you have FutureSchool in your school, you will have full access to all 2,500 lessons from Year 1 – Year 13. This means that you can go back to Year 1 if required for certain students, or assign Year 13 work for your very brightest of students.
Diagnostic Assessments
The SMART™ Diagnostic Tool provides a thorough assessment of a student’s current ability, and then dynamically creates a personalised scheme of work based directly on the identified areas of weaknesses, which facilitates full differentiation within groups and classes
Course Selection
Course selection for a class , or an individual student, is quick and easy, where teachers can utilise the various preset curriculum-based courses, including a range of existing revision courses, or if required, teachers can create fully customised courses in a matter of minutes, by selecting lessons by year group, topic, or by any specific keyword.
Study Plans
A personalised study plan is created when a student completes a course assessment. From the results, a tailored list of lessons is provided that has been identified as needing revision.
Formative Assessment
The formative assessment is a final examination mapped to a specific course. It contains a series of questions that are generated to thoroughly assess a student’s retention and understanding of the course materials. A detailed report assists in identifying individual student weaknesses.
Saving Teachers time
Teachers find that FutureSchool saves time, it does NOT add to their ever-increasing workloads. Teachers are typically fully operational within one hour of starting with FutureSchool. The preset, curriculum-aligned courses are instantly available, but creating new courses, using the existing lessons takes minutes, and does not require teachers to spend valuable time putting together lessons plans and resources.
