“The Australian Curriculum sets consistent national standards to improve learning outcomes for all young Australians. It sets out, through content descriptions and achievement standards, what students should be taught and achieve, as they progress through school. It is the base for future learning, growth and active participation in the Australian community.”  Australian Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Authority

The FutureSchool system currently offers both the various state curricula and the new Australian National Curriculum. This will remain in place until the end of 2016.  The purpose of this to allow complete flexibility of schemes of work during this transition phase.

For those schools that offer the International Baccalaureate or Cambridge International Examinations curricula, these are also available within FutureSchool as part of its standard curriculum library for use with your family or school.
